Founder & CEO
Ariel Kellam
Ariel is the founder and CEO of Balance. She's been working in ABA for over 10 years and is passionate about making therapy fun, language development, empowering families, and building a supportive team culture. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and three kids and finding little ways to bring balance into everyday life.

Co-Owner & Operations Manager
James Kellam
James is the co-owner of Balance Behavior Therapy and helps oversee operations to support the team and families we serve. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, off-roading, working out, watching football, and trips to the beach or camping.

Site Director
Chalina Killip
Chalina has 18 years of experience working with children, including 4 years in special education within an ISD setting. She is currently working towards her BCBA certification and is a certified Safety Care Instructor, training staff to provide the highest quality care for children. Passionate about helping each child discover and exceed their potential, Chalina brings both expertise and compassion to her work. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Administrative Coordinator
Dana Cohn
Dana has over 20 years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, including special education in public schools, private nannying, serving as a kindergarten teaching assistant, and working as an assistant director in a daycare setting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s in mental health counseling.
Dana is dedicated to helping children grow and succeed, using a supportive and hands-on approach with both kids and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, interior decorating, and shopping.

Scheduling Coordinator
Kynli Bearden
Kynli is currently pursuing her degree in psychology with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with children for five years and has spent the past two years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and develop healthy coping skills, Kynli finds great fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives. Outside of her work and studies, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially exploring the outdoors and watching sports together.

Case Manager
Mara Jackson
Mara is a case manager with four years of experience working with children and adolescents. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Mara is passionate about helping young people find their voice and build confidence. She finds the most rewarding part of her work to be hearing stories of growth and progress from both clients and their families. Outside of work, Mara enjoys exploring local coffee shops and traveling to new places.

Case Manager
Madison Ohmann-Wilson
Madison Ohmann-Wilson is a Case Manager with over eight years of experience working with children and adolescents. She is passionate about how positive relationships can shape behavior, build confidence, and support independence and self-expression. Madison is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with expected completion in Spring 2026. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys playing rugby and exploring new cultures through international travel.

Case Manager
Priscilla Saldivar
Priscilla is a Case Manager at Balance. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is passionate about mental health and has a strong interest in behavior therapy. Priscilla is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the children and families she works with. She is a compassionate advocate for their needs and well-being, and strives to create a supportive environment where both children and their families can grow, heal, and thrive.

Kiante Conger
Case Manager
Kianté is a Registered Behavior Technician and Licensed Social Worker, bringing a unique, compassionate perspective to the field of ABA. Her goal is to address the mental health needs of neurodivergent children and adolescents through a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Outside of work, Kianté enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and watching intriguing documentaries.

Anthony Caballero
Lead RBT Trainer
Tony is a Lead RBT Trainer and was inspired to join the field of ABA after his son Alex was diagnosed with autism. Seeing the positive impact ABA could make motivated him to pursue a career where he could find purpose and help other families. He enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and supporting them as they find their voice. Tony is grateful to be part of a team that values his efforts and was honored to be recognized as Employee of the Month. Outside of work, he runs a small business selling trading cards and enjoys playing card games and Dungeons & Dragons with friends.

Natasha Oliver
Lead RBT Trainer
Natasha got started in childcare in 2022 and realized she really wanted to make a difference in helping children with autism find their voice as well as their independence. She loves the support and passion that the staff have for all of the clients. She wants to continue to grow and learn at Balance.

Emily Keeler
Lead RBT Trainer
Emily has worked with children with special needs since her school years and gained experience in ISD behavior units before becoming an RBT. She now brings her passion and expertise to her role as a Lead RBT Trainer. In her free time, Emily enjoys fishing, back roading, and spending time with her boyfriend, their two dogs, and their snake, Jethro Jebidiah III.
