At Balance Behavior Therapy, we believe every individual deserves support that honors who they are and helps them grow with confidence. Our team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and teens with autism and related developmental differences.

Founded by Ariel Kellam, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and mom of three, Balance Behavior Therapy is proud to be a family and locally owned practice serving our community with care, compassion, and expertise. Ariel envisioned a practice that blends effectiveness with heart, where ABA is not a one size fits all model. At Balance, children experience growth through learning that feels natural, engaging, and enjoyable.

At Balance, we take the time to understand each child, their personality, interests, and learning style, so sessions feel motivating, meaningful, and sustainable. Progress here is not just about checking boxes; it is about creating real growth that lasts. We know that lasting progress happens when families feel supported and empowered, so we work side by side with caregivers to create treatment plans that fit naturally into daily routines, values, and goals.

Our services include early intervention, emotion regulation, daily living skills, social skills groups, and support across home, school, center, and community environments. Whether it is learning independence, building stronger relationships, or gaining confidence in daily life, we tailor every plan to meet the individual’s unique strengths and needs.
